Quentin Whitwell, Chief Executive Officer
As a founding Partner of Global Enterprise Management, Quentin is an attorney and entrepreneur. Quentin has focused his firm's Oxford, MS law practice on a variety of complex litigation matters and corporate interests. Quentin is a seventh generation Mississippian with 21 years experience as a practicing attorney. Quentin harnesses his enthusiasm and experience as an advisor and litigator on behalf of businesses large and small focusing on health care, regulatory and commercial property and development practice where he has represented a variety of business interests including contractors, developers, casinos, technical colleges, franchise businesses, financial institutions, hospitals, regional medical facilities and rural health clinics in the courts of MS as well as before regulatory agencies in Jackson, and in Washington DC as a government relations advocate.
An owner of the Panola Medical Center, Quentin has extensive health care experience in management and day to day operations.
Quentin is a graduate of the University of MS and the University Of MS School Of Law. Quentin is a 2005 recipient of the MS Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” award, and a member of the Ole Miss Hall of Fame. Quentin was elected twice to the Jackson MS City Council and also served as the Chairman of the MS Tort Claims Board under Haley Barbour.

Don Williams, Chief Operating Officer
Don provides 35+ years of experience in business development and organizational efficiency which include evaluating market conditions for new and emerging industries. As COO/Partner of Global Enterprise Management and President of Williams Management Group, he has developed strategic alliances and established joint venture relationships for diverse industries including healthcare, financial services, housing and consumer goods.
Don has provided senior level management leadership to a variety of industries with a solid record of integrating value engineering and customer orientation within each organization. A proven change leader, he has the analytical and communication skills to drive strategic initiatives.
Don is a graduate of Delta State University with a bachelor's degree in management and a veteran of the MS Army National Guard.

Tim Coursey, Chief Technical Officer
Tim is a proven leader with over 28 years of business and Economic Development experience at the Executive Director level. In this capacity he facilitated over $3 Billion in private capital investment in the communities he represented. He also planned, constructed, and managed a Bio-Medical Business Collaboratory, and a Medical and Surgical Simulation Center.
He has an extensive background in business, strategic initiatives, construction, real estate development, facilities management, business recruitment, government relations, board dynamics, marketing, project finance, and internet sales and marketing.
As Partner and Chief Technical Officer of Global Enterprise Management, Tim focuses on the development and expansion of Ancillary Programs.
Tim is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with BS in City and Regional Planning and a Master's in Economic Development.
